Discussion:  A resolution to value myself and celebrate others
Discussion:  A resolution to champion biblical femininity
Discussion:  A resolution to be content
The Resolution for Women is divided into three parts:

Part I:  This is who I am.

Part II:  This is what I have.

Part III:  This is what matters to me.

Each Part is subdivided into 4 or 5 resolutions with a discussion on each.

We have completed A resolution to be content and A resolution to champion biblical femininity.

This week we will be discussing A resolution to value myself and celebrate others
An overview of the book is as follows:

The inspiration for this book was taken from the movie Courageous.  It would be helpful to see the movie which is available on DVD.    In the movie, four men (Policemen and a man they befriend) have life challenges they are each dealing with and through their faith and interaction with each other take the courageous step to honor God in their commitment to family and in raising their children.  A written resolution and commitment to follow the resolution is major focus of the movie.  If you have seen the movie please post your thoughts on the movie.
I have not started to post on this blog until now.  We have been meeting and discussing the book "The Resolution for Women"  written by Priscilla Shirer.  Our group includes 4or 5 women on any Wed. evening.  You are invited to join our discussion as we progress through the book.  It is my hope that you will be reading along with us and your discussion points will be referenced from the text.  Welcome.
